It's a brief thought which became a full collaboration, a studio session which inspired a full scale project.
Suuns met up with close friend Radwan Ghazi Moumneh of Jerusalem In My Heart back in 2012, agreeing to set aside a week together in a Montreal studio.
The fluid, highly creative sessions became a cult favourite in their own right, with a performance at Pop Montreal the following summer helping to further inspire the duo.
Now, a mere three years on from those initial recording dates, Suuns and Jerusalem In My Heart have delivered a full collaboration.
Self-titled, the new record is a strident display of two distinct creative approaches fusing into one whole.
A unique, inspiring document, 'Suuns And Jersualem In My Heart' has the flexibility of a live performance with the exacting quality of a studio project.
