Long regarded as the loudest band in New York, A Place To Bury Strangers rarely play the UK.

Little wonder – their noise rock racket can be heard clear over the Atlantic. Recently returning with their second album the New York group took the savage dream pop template of their debut and revved things up a little.

Live, however, the band are a completely different beast. With their home made volume pedals A Place To Bury Strangers are capable of reaching parts of your ear drum previously the preserve of jet engines.
