Dover Street Market welcomes a new concept space.

Pursuing its exploration of the underground (that is, those labels un-associated with the catwalk, the anti-Molly Goddard/Phoebe English/Simone Rocha’s – the womenswear labels who likewise have curated spaces at one of the shop’s three IRL stores), Dover Street Market this week hooks up with Brain Dead.

A self defined ‘creative collective of artists and designers from around the world’ that focuses on ‘curating projects and creating publications and products’, the LA label founded by Kyle Ng just dropped ‘WORLD UPDATE’ in London.

Boasting printed silk scarves, collaborative black jackets and a clean line of white caps, the new collection sits in a special installation set to embrace exhibitions and stock records, zines and limited artwork; the aforementioned scarves have been created by artists Clay Arlington, Tim Head, Chris Oh, Kevin Harris, Jen Shear and B. Thom Stevenson.

While the Jumanji jacket, Oblivion crew, Bather T-shirt and World Update tee are already available online (as well as on Dover Street), New York and Ginza will pick up the line later this month, so everyone wins. Right?
