The Scandi brand moves away from its classic silhouette.

Founded in Stockholm in 2010, Swedish label Stutterheim has long held a presence in the UK outerwear market, its iconic raincoats today so recognisable as to be copied by lesser brands.

But the classic Stockholm model – thigh length, hooded and with white drawstrings – this season has been joined by perhaps the greatest variety of new silhouettes, amongst them the Stadion.

Produced in blue, black and brown (the title of Clash favourite currently held by the former, pictured above), the men’s jacket sticks with key Stutterheim characteristics – namely being made of rubberised cotton and sans lining – elsewhere featuring contrasting black pockets.

Cutting a contemporary figure, it loosely nods to the coach jacket, while maintaining the Scandi fisherman credentials afforded it on account of the name on the tag.
