It’s got an air of Bill Cunningham about it, the Julius by Nudie Jeans. Like if the 83 year-old, most epic street style photographer ever decided to swap his classic blue dustcoat for something new, you could imagine this number would be somewhere in the replacement line up.
One of those ‘is it a shirt or is it a jacket, who knows who cares’ situations, the denim overshirt (let’s go for overshirt), references the aforementioned dust jackets – specifically 20th century French workers – via its healthy supply of pockets and loose (not baggy!) exterior.
Part of the Swedish label’s Indigo Ink summer collection, the overshirt is a solid option for the current British climate. Bravo if you already realised this.
