Caitlin Price
The designer is set to be In Conversation this week.

Recognised as the world’s largest museum of decorative arts and design, the V&A is also one of the country’s leading cultural establishments: already this year the space has played host to a talk from Grayson Perry, a gig by Skepta, multiple catwalk shows and a full on takeover from the team behind online zine, gal-dem.

Adding to the catalogue of extra-curricular’s this week is the designer Caitlin Price, in conversation with Lou Stoppard in the Lydia & Manfred Gorvy Lecture Theatre on Friday.

The latest in a vast and on-going programme of evening talks – Margaret Howell and Henry Holland have both dropped by in the past – the Insta friendly designer will be discussing the many areas of the contemporary fashion industry, from her particular aesthetic and the inspirations behind it, to her three season stint with Fashion East and the label’s most recent presentation at London Fashion Week.

It’ll probably be the best guest lecture your uni never gave, and there’ll still be time for Friday night escapades too.
