Umbro Celebrates Its Centenary In Style

The historic sportswear brand remains grounded in functionality and straight-to-the-point designs.

Umbro is celebrating its centenary with a brand new collection.

Founded in Wimslow, the sportswear brand has become an emblem of British culture, largely focussed on football and rugby wear. Distinguished by its double diamond logo, Umbro has stitched its influence on pitches, rave warehouses and beyond, extending its relationship with fashion innovators; Aries, Palace, Supreme and more.

The latest collection returns to bold, block colours, sporting geometric patterns across lightweight jackets, polos and shorts. Spanning bottle greens and deep blues with streaks of red, each piece carries hints of nostalgia and history, incorporating silk-like materials that add a glossy flair. Elsewhere, the brand leans into a more classic, understated apparel, sharing navy and grey sweatshirts with subtle logo prints.

Sustaining functionality and straightforward designs at its forefront, Umbro is turning one hundred in style.
