Reviving the Shadow 6000.

Arriving this month, for AW14 Saucony Originals has produced the ‘Running Man’ pack, a group of trainers that take their aesthetic cue from 1991’s Shadow 6000.

Available in four colourways – red, green, blue and mint – the style is named after the motif which appears on the tongue of the Shadow 6000, quite literally a man sprinting.

Part of the brand’s premium offering, the shoe features both synthetic mesh and suede which culminates in a clean design and sporting attitude; the original 6000 was previously favoured by runners the world over.

The release follows the brand’s renewal of several designs, bringing the 114 year old label into the spotlight in 2014.
