Clash discovers four tunes to plan your life to.
London Fashion Week

To some, the letters P and R could be considered dirty; Public Relations, the people who get in the way, the middleman. But it’s these men and women who get those trousers to that shoot, the dress on that page, and those bums on those seats.

We’re not saying they’re saints, but they sure are handy to have around. With this in mind and London Fashion Week fast approaching, we asked four of our faves for the song that helps them plan.

That one track that makes looking at another seating plan bearable, leaving the office after nine almost acceptable, and holds off any panic attacks ‘til post-show day.

This is what they chose.

> RMO, the agency formerly recognised as Relative, has offices in both London and Paris and represents a broad selection of labels such as Giles and Lucas Nascimento.  They’re currently “obsessed” with Mr Little Jeans’ cover of Arcade Fire’s ‘The Suburbs’.

> Operating across the UK, NYC and LA, Starworks Group’s London office holds Jonathan Saunders, Lacoste and Lulu & Co. Icona Pop’s ‘I Love It’ gets their note making juices flowing.

> ‘Shabba’ by A$AP Ferg feat. A$AP Rocky is Ella Dror PR’s go to track for pre-fashion week vibes. Made up of just Ash, Ebi and the lady herself, the small London team look after names such as Ashley Williams and Astrid Andersen.

> Village – who lost the ‘press’ from their name just last year – are responsible for the likes of Kit Neale, Ashish and G-Shock. ‘Second Hand News’ by Fleetwood Mac always puts them in good mood and ready for the day ahead.
