Hedi Slimane presents a series of black and white images for the leatest Celine campaign. Titled ‘Triomphe’ in honour of the eponymous saddlebag, Slimane shot the campaign in Paris.
Sporting cool-girl French bangs and Edie Sedgwick style liner, British model Fran Summers spotlights the finest pieces from the spring-summer collection as she converges on the covetable bag.
Standing ground in his comfort zone, Slimane transports us back to the 1970s, as he continues to champion youth counterculture, this season in the form of his new Parisian bourgeoisie.
An accompanying campaign video, also shot by Slimane, sees Summers moving through the mansion to the sounds of Alexandra Savoir’s ‘Saving Grace’ and zoning in on the eponymous bag.
