Celebrating 140 years of the London department store.

As far as collaborations go, London’s Liberty is a king, its distinctive prints visible in every other industry, upon on every other product (we definitely recall Hello Kitty getting in on the act at one point?).

For its latest hook up, a petite collection with Scottish label Folk, the ditsy has been toned down, replaced instead by a bold series of almost potato print (a la nursery school) patterns; a Folk remix of an original Liberty work, if you please.

Produced in celebration of the former’s 140th anniversary and the latter’s decade long residency in-store, the line-up – styled above by some time Clash stylist Victoria Higgs and lensed by Hanna Moon – boasts pieces of soft brushed jersey as well as a Japanese nylon raincoat.

Jacquard socks, a striped jumper and track pants all feature, while the hero status belongs to a seemingly plain cotton shirt (tagged with a secret ‘Happy Birthday’ message in the chest pocket).

Congrats y’all.
