Byredo has unveiled the 49th iteration of its Byproduct range with the Nanda backpack. Byproduct pieces sit outside the confines of a traditional beauty brand, they provide an exploratory and creative endeavour for Byredo. And through this, Byproduct seeks to challenge and push the olfactory parameters of the brand. Dubbed “craft-orientated” on the website, Byproduct spans from ready-to-wear, leather goods and eyewear to blankets, baskets and more.
This season, inspired by a desire to explore and adventure, Byredo presents the Nanda backpack. Touted as a “fusion of luxury and versatility”, it has been designed to carry wearers anywhere without hesitation and to provide the perfect balance between day-to-day functionality and spontaneous adaptability. Made from a water-repellent nylon fabric with a generous 28L capacity, the backpack is the ultimate companion for rural and metropolitan explorers alike. Fine leather trims and a supple leather handle complement the raw aluminium hardware for the sleek, minimalist edge Byredo is renowned for.
“Exploration serves as the catalyst for inspiration, urging us to embrace new experiences and unlock a profound sense of freedom. In today’s dynamic and blended lifestyle, where the fast-paced urban tapestry unfolds, finding solace in the outdoors becomes essential to harmonise the rhythm of our lives.” – Ben Gorham, Founder and Creative Director, Byredo.
The Nanda backpack is available in three distinct colour palettes: black, chalk and anthracite, the last of which stands out with vibrant acid green and purple trims.
