Burberry Unveils New Logo And Imagery Under Daniel Lee

A new era.

Burberry is ushering in a new era for 2023. After wiping the brand’s Instagram, the team at Burberry have unveiled the first campaign under the creative direction of Daniel Lee who replaced Riccardo Tisci almost four months ago. Alongside the new, modern imagery, Lee unveiled a new logo that could mark the first step away from the Serif pandemic that has swept through luxury brands in recent years. The new logo appears in a deep blue that will likely be indicative of Lee’s forthcoming seasons, with an updated version of the Equestrian Knight Design, created for Burberry over a century ago and a return of Prorsum to the British fashion house.

Shot in London, a campaign shot by photographer Tyrone Lebon features a global cast of talent including Shygirl, Skepta, John Glacier, Liberty Ross and Lennon Gallagher. Pared back and in typical Lee style, the imagery consists of a series of close up portrait shots spotlighting natural beauty and letting the clothes speak for themselves.
