Broken Planet Strengthens Its Vision For Streetwear With The ‘Basics’ Collection

The sustainable label shares its third capsule of the year, establishing itself as one of the fastest growing brands in the UK.

Broken Planet is returning for the spring season with a brand new ‘Basics’ collection.

Founded in 2020 by entrepreneurial partners Lukas Žvikas and Indrė Narbutaitė, Broken Planet welcomes a conscious approach to streetwear. Favouring recycled materials and a limited production of each capsule, the brand characterises itself through oversized, graphic-heavy designs sported by the likes of SZA, Jude Bellingham and Maya Jama

The latest collection works alongside a monochromatic palette, leaning into the moody shades of Heather, Washed Soot and Washed Outerspace Blue across sweatpants, hoodies, shorts, skirts and tops. Sampled by UK rap icon AJ Tracey at last month’s ‘Love Is In The Air’ event, the collection builds a strong identity for Broken Planet, asserting its relaxed, high-quality take on street style whilst solidifying its stance within the music scene. Elsewhere, the brand continues to develop relationships with the likes of D-Block Europe and Mayfair mainstay Tape London, shifting towards the events sphere.

Priding itself as one of the fastest-growing streetwear brands in the UK, Broken Planet’s ‘Basics’ collection picks up the pace.
