The London label celebrates a quarter of a century.

Founded 25 years ago in 1989 and comprised of 12 apparel pieces and 4 footwear styles, 2014 sees London born label Boxfresh release an anniversary capsule collection.

Titled ‘25’, the limited edition range explores both the label’s British roots, as well as its initial start as a store selling American brands like Carhartt and Penfield, visible predominantly through the ‘QUARTER’ graphic tagged across tees and sweats.

While everyday jersey and jumpers get a look in, the collection also enjoys an exploration of updated cuts; fits are oversized and featuring tails, textures come with technical qualities as reflective 3M drops in throughout.

Elsewhere nylon mixes with airtex thus creating modern silhouettes, proving while a celebration of its past, Boxfresh is most definitely looking to the future, as any brand centred around youth culture must.
