Win Tickets To Secret Garden Party

With our new competition...

Set in the Cambridgeshire countryside near the village of AbbotsRipton, which is home to all of 309 residents, the population explodes when the now medium sized festival Secret Garden Party arrives.

The festival's reputation has grown largely out of word of mouth with many punters arguing it is the best and most hedonistic festival they have ever been to. It benefits from its decorative surrounds and the idyllic lakesideand being small enough to keep bumping into your friends whilst being big enough to see a diverse range of acts.

This year California-based singer/songwriter Lissie will undoubtedly blow audiences away. She was recently described in Clash issue 86 as a prime-era Stevie Nicks rocking a fender. Other female fronted rock bands that are making waves in the industry right now and bound to draw a big crowd at the festival are Wolf Alice – Ellie Rowsell’scatchy and elegant vocals float within a framework of stormy guitars.

Meanwhile, Temples are bringing their take on late 60s psychedelia, which will serve as an essential soundtrack to a festival as colourful and imaginative as Secret Garden Party. Willy Mason, will be there to show how timeless his back catalogue is. His track ‘We Can Be Strong’ will be a sing-along moment to treasure. If you’re feeling in need of refreshment aftera hard nights partying, there’s plenty of holistic treatments on offer, a lake to splash around in and saunas on site. With all early bird tickets sold out and the cheapest availability now £191 winning a pair of tickets will allow you to spend more money on all those essential party accessories and the cuisine on offer so you can leave those super noodles in your cupboard.
