Win: Off The Record Tickets

Fantastic all-day Manchester event...

Off The Record is an annual event aimed at de-mystifying the music industry, at promoting communication between artists, label figures, and fans.

Opening its account in 2016, Off The Record hits venues around Manchester's Northern Quarter on November 4th, and the cast just keeps getting better and better.

Everything Everything’s Jonathan Higgs and Jeremy Pritchard will be in conversation with acclaimed DJ and writer Dave Haslam, while Brian Cannon, the photographer behind Oasis’s iconic ‘Definitely Maybe’ album cover, will be speaking with David Drake, the man behind the neon photography surrounding The 1975’s recent LP.

Panels will include figures such as Phil Saxe – who managed the Happy Mondays – with the likes of Jeff Thompson, Elroy Powell, and more will be on hand to supply advice.

Off The Record will also feature a cross-section of new talent, with the under-wraps line up selected by 30 curators including Guy Garvey, Huw Stephens, John Kennedy, Tim Burgess, Lara Baker and Elizabeth Alker.

Clash have two pairs of tickets to give away – to stand a chance of winning simply tell us the name of your favourite Manchester band…
