Nirvana Reading DVD
Five copies up for grabs!
Competition Ends: 28/11/09
As important moments in rock history go, Nirvana's performance at Reading festival in 1992 is up there with the best of them.
Almost sinking under the colossal success of 'Nevermind' the band took to the stage amid mounting rumours around the health of Kurt Cobain. Memorably wheeled onstage in a wheelchair what followed is one of the most talked about shows of all time.
Tearing through their million selling material the band dropped in a sprinkling of tracks from their debut album 'Bleach' as well as a few rarities. Through in a few songs from the not yet recorded 'In Utero' and you have perhaps the perfect Nirvana set, caught at what was arguably their peak.
The entire Reading festival set is due to be released on DVD shortly, with crystal clear sound and a number of extras.
ClashMusic has grabbed hold of five copies - to stand a chance of winning just answer this simple question:
What year did Nirvana play Reading?
