Regina Spektor – How

Earnest ballad...

‘How’ is the third single to be taken from Regina Spektor’s album ‘What We Saw In The Cheap Seats’.

Her sixth studio album, ‘What We Saw In The Cheap Seats’ scored Spektor her 2nd consecutive number 3 position stateside on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. Following in the solemn tradition of American female singer-songwriters this earnest ballad laments lost love as Regina questions both the past and the future of a presumably messy relationship.

It’s the sort of track you can imagine Jennifer Aniston listening to as her tears drop into a glass of Pinot Grigio. Having recently sold out the Royal Albert Hall and Sydney Opera House, as well as touring the US twice this year in support of ‘What We Saw In The Cheap Seats’, Regina’s poised performances and heartfelt lyrics are obviously striking a chord with audiences looking for an antidote to the glitz and glamour of more mainstream pop songstresses.
