Premiere: Toundra – ‘Oro Rojo’

Inspired by Japanese mysticism...

Post-rock can often disappear into cerebral realms; lost in technology, some acts lose sight of the visceral power rock can employ.

Not so, Toundra. Cult heroes in their native Spain, the group have a physical presence which is allied to a forward-thinking mindset.

New album ‘IV’ drops on January 26th, seemingly inspired by the Japanese ‘kitsune’ myth. Essentially revolving around the mystical spirit of a fox, the tale weaves its way through the band’s music and artwork.

Clash is able to premiere the video for ‘Oro Rojo’. Beautifully animated, it follows the kitsune myth and features two foxes running to escape a forest fire.

Can they survive? And if they do, what form will they take?
