Sons Of Bill

The South holds a much debated place in American pop culture.

The music industry tends to dumb down the South, with recent innovations in country stepping more and more towards the commercial.

Sons Of Bill, though, aim towards a broader, perhaps more earnest portrayal of the South. Focussed on three brothers - Abe, James and Sam Wilson – the group’s new album ‘Love & Logic’ drops on January 26th.

Ahead of this, Clash is able to unveil the video for a live version of ‘Big Unknown’. There are shades of The Jayhawks and Wilco here, alongside a clear love and respect for the various elements of pure, classic country.
