Brooklyn isn't exactly starved for electronic music right now.
The area is flooded with new artists, with all manner of noises floating over the Atlantic.
House of Blondes though, are something special. A three piece, the group approach electronic production like a band, with each viewpoint and opinion melding into the next.
Debut album 'Clean Cuts' won praise for its dark atmospherics, with the full length now being followed by a short series of singles.
New release 'They Thought They Were Alone' is next up. As is evident from the title, it's an imposing work but there's light, beauty amidst the gloom.
House of Blondes have a soundtrack quality to their music, with the beautiful nature of 'They Thought There Were Alone' almost crying out for visuals.
