Premiere: Eighteen Nightmares At The Lux – 6ft 6

Debauched, psychobilly thrills...

There's a new disease in town – a new strain, a new virus…

Bands are dressing up, adding a sense of glamorous noir to each show. Bands like Eighteen Nightmares At The Lux, whose debauched psychobilly thrills recall an English take on The Cramps' still-moving legacy.

Lurid garage-punk delivered with no small amount of style and grace, the group's new EP 'PIG' arrives covered in entrails, life and vitality.

Stripped from said document, lead cut '6ft 6' is 160 seconds of frantic, illicit thrills.

Directed by Robert Gershinson, the video for '6ft 6' finds the band cavorting in the bathroom. Always the place where the really dirty stuff goes down at parties, Eighteen Nightmares Of Lux dreamed up the concept all by themselves.

Autobiographical? You never know…

Watch it now.
