Cute animated clip...

Metronomy thrive on a sense of place.

New album 'Love Letters' (Clash review HERE) may have universal appeal, but each song, each lyrics almost is rooted in somewhere real, something specific.

Take 'Reservoir'. A song about friendship and longing, it was initially inspired by a real life reservoir next to the house where Joe Mount grew up.

In keeping with this, director Daniel Bereton has produced a cute, oddly emotive animated clip. Metronomy are led on a curious journey, moving from Mount Rushmore to the British seaside.

Watch it now.
