Ducking Punches Bring The Noise On ‘I Ruin Everything’

It kicks off a huge year for the group...

Ducking Punches have an incredible work ethic.

The punk rock outfit have played more than 1000 shows, continually pushing ahead, bringing their music to fans in the only way they know how.

New album 'Alamort' gave the band a sense of purpose at a low point in their lives, and it's a real triumph, laid down during frenetic sessions in Leeds.

Set to hit the road once more this April, Ducking Punches have prepped a new video for visceral album cut 'I Ruin Everything'.

Ducking Punches frontman Dan Allen says: “This is the most honest song on the record for me and writing this song saved my life in a very dark time, I was pretty close to checking out…. Charlie (the director) asked us all individually one question “What does the record mean to you?” Making this album made me feel alive again and those release shows really cemented that for me. I think it’s why this video is so special. Charlie did an amazing job on it.”

A blistering achievement, this is a brutally honest watch. Tune in now.
