Don't look now but Coldplay have become one of the biggest groups on the planet.
Yep - shy, unassuming and deeply British the band have somehow managed to crawl to the top of pop's pyramid. Spending the bulk of last year on the road, Coldplay reached more than a few milestones as they played sold out show after sold out show.
Now a new DVD aims to bring together some of those moments. 'Live 2012' features a raft of concert footage, including performances from Paris’s Stade de France, Montreal’s Bell Centre and the band’s triumphant Pyramid Stage headline performance at Glastonbury 2011.
The full package was pieced together by Paul Dugdale, and will be released later this year. 'Live 2012' will be premiered on November 13th including 75+ screens in the UK alone. Full details HERE.
By way of a preview, ClashMusic have been handed two snippets from 'Live 2012'. The first is taken from a performance of 'Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall' and features some jaw dropping audience shots.
