Stereophonics Add Tour Dates

Arena tour expanded

Welsh rock wizards Stereophonics has expanded their 2010 arena tour, adding extra dates in London and Glasgow.

Over ten years on from the release of debut album ‘Word Gets Around’ Stereophonics have defied critics and line up changes to remain one of the most popular groups in the UK.

The band last toured the UK in 2008, supporting their ‘Greatest Hits’. A series of emotional dates followed as Stereophonics re-visited old haunts and trawled through the vaults to unveil some rarities.

Returning to the studio the band began crafting new material. Now it seems as though Stereophonics are ready to re-launch themselves with their latest album ‘Keep Calm and Carry On’.

Due for release on November 16th, the album is another bombastic collection of arena thrilling anthems. Coming out in times for Christmas more than a few British rock fans are set to have this present in their stocking.

The group previously confirmed a lengthy British tour. Beginning next year Stereophonics are set to play a series of UK arena dates including massive shows at London’s Wembley Arena and more.

Opening with a show in Newcastle on March 1st, Stereophonics have added two extra dates to their 2010 tour. The band will play Glasgow’s SECC as well as an extra London show delighting fans starved of seeing their heroes in the flesh.
