Despite having spent the best part of a decade seeding BPM’s across Eastern Europe, Croatia’s Seraphim Codex (aka Robert Imbrišić) only really came to Clash’s attention in the lurid land of hope that is Las Vegas. Better late than never though, eh? Coated with the glazed focus of Trentemoller and given added texture through intelligent compositions, Seraphim Codex makes dance music that connects just as effectively with the cerebrum as it does the soles of your feet. Oh, and he does a mean Joy Division cover to boot. Sold!
