Compelling - equally now as then
Therapy? - A Brief Crack Of Light

Twenty-three years and thirteen albums is an impressive tally for any band and, whilst Andy Cairns is the only remaining original member, the formula has been consistent. In the early Nineties, grunge belonged to Seattle and few outsiders made a mark, let alone British. Therapy? were one of the few who attempted and it wasn’t until their fourth album, ‘Troublegum’, that they impacted. This latest album packs a similar punch to back then, full of raw grittiness and attitude to match. Guitars to the fore, Therapy? have always exuded a commercial undercurrent and it’s that ingredient that makes them compelling - equally now as then.
