No Age – Everything In Between

Their third fuzzed-out full length

The noise pop twosome of Dean Spunt and Randy Randall return with ‘Everything In Between’, their third fuzzed-out full length to date. Even with the screeching ‘Fever Dream’, instrumentals ‘Katerpiller’, ‘Dusted’ and ‘Positive Amputation’ drop No Age’s skate-punk roots by the wayside.

At the same time, traces of indie pop can be heard on partially acoustic tracks ‘Common Heat’ and ‘Chem Trails’. The album is a bold step, Spunt and Randall striving to write songs they would be psyched to listen to, and moving in a direction that will fail to disappoint fans of earlier releases ‘Nouns’ and ‘Weirdo Rippers’. Rad.
