Ever since Nico droned her way over The Velvet Underground’s debut album, models have always found an artistic output in music.

Hot on the six-inch heels of Kate Moss and actress Zooey Deschanel’s She And Him collaboration with M. Ward, comes the much-touted “next supermodel” Agyness Deyn who appears on the latest single from Five O’Clock Heroes. Technically she can sing but Deyn completely lacks the compelling qualities that Nico had, while the song is an uninteresting jangly indie power pop number. Rock stars and models will inevitably meet but it should mostly be over a mirrored table.
