If you had this album on in the background of a BBQ fuelled by cold beers on a sunny July afternoon, tracks like ‘Fur-ther Out’ with its soothing steel drum sounds and dance-able beats would complement the smell of suncream and alcohol-soaked limes perfectly. But, sadly, it lends itself as just background noise at times; a filler to a party. If only there was a never ending source of vitamin D constantly shining down above us, this album would probably work.
