A bit cheesy and dated but worth a listen

The key to loving 3Oh!3 is to know straight away that they are all about having a good time and partying and as such the duo’s debut album ‘Want’ in places may come across as a bit cheesy and dated, it is also however at the same time a genuinely compelling album and well worth a listen.

What may at first be dismissed as a mere case of white boys attempting to rap, further examination reveals these guys know exactly what they are doing. 3Oh!3 create an exciting sound that takes the basics of the ‘crunk’ sound and combines it with punk, electronic and emo to create their own sound, full of bass heavy tunes, explicit lyrics and distorted guitars.
