Leto of course is a Hollywood star playing at being in a band so it’s no surprise that his band should emulate one of rock’s finest drama queens. Nor that From Yesterday should quickly degenerate into an emotion-pummelling barrage of bland guitars that could soundtrack a movie trailer featuring explosions, tears, flames and hi-fives.
