Yeasayer have unveiled the video for their upcoming single 'Longevity' - watch it now.

Yeasayer's return seems to have caused quite a stir. The band have announced plans for their third studio album, with 'Fragrant World' set to be released on August 20th.

Lead cut 'Henrietta' emerged last week, with Zane Lowe promptly naming it as his 'Hottest Record In The World'. Now Yeasayer have unveiled plans for a new single, and a typically striking video.

'Longevity' will be released on August 20th, and comes equipped with a stunning vignette by artist Yoshi Sodeoka. Responsible for the clip which accompanied 'Henrietta' the new video is a beautiful mixture of flickering images and decaying colours.

Looking ahead, Yeasayer have also confirmed plans for a short burst of British shows. Taking place in September, Yeasayer will play three shows in London, Glasgow and Manchester.

Alongside this, though, Yeasayer have also confirmed plans for a fan only show. Taking place at London nightspot the Lexington, the band announced their show via their mailing list before revealing details to the general public.
