Bestival has just confirmed that Britain's trainwreck darling Amy Winehouse will be headling on the Saturday night of their fifth year. The first ever Brit to win five Grammy awards in one night is sure to be a main attraction, providing she shows up and actually performs.
If not, plenty of more historically reliable acts are on offer.
Underworld has been confirmed as the headliner for Sunday. Their latest album 'Oblivion with Bells' has garnered much praise and they've performed it in the Hollywood Bowl, Central Park and through a sold out UK tour.
Hot Chip will also perform, for their fourth Bestival appearance.
Among other acts to play Robin Hill Country Park on the weekend of September 5th are My Bloody Valentine, Aphex Twin, dazzling newcomer Santogold, The Coral (with an acoustic set), The Sugarhill Gang, Black Kids, Laura Marling, Stereo Mcs, and Late of the Pier.
