Sound of Guns have tackled Echo & The Bunnymen's classic single 'Killing Moon' - watch the video below.

Liverpudlians do things their own way. The Mersey's tenacious, stubborn streak has resulted in some powerful, independent artists who continually break any mould outsiders try to put them in.

Uniting two generations of Scouse talent, Sound of Guns recently decided to tackle a classic cut from Echo & The Bunnymen.

Set to appear on the flip of new single 'Antarctica', the band's version of 'Killing Moon' is a straight by effective nod towards the cult post-punk heroes. Backed by a trippy video, you can soak up the clip below.

'Antarctica' is set to be released on June 25th. Sound of Guns are currently on tour with Scottish rascals The View, remaining dates are as follows:
