Mike Ness sits down to talk the talk

A new video has emerged of Social Distortion singer Mike Ness being interviewed by punk singer Frank Turner.

Now three decades old, hardcore punk remains a force to be reckoned with. In Britain, Frank Turner taken the scene overground again stepping aside from Million Dead to launch an increasingly fruitful solo career.

Inspired by some pivotal American groups, amongst the singer's real heroes are Social Distortion. Punk icons, the band recently returned with new material and are set to play a rare London show tonight (July 7th).

Taking place at the Shepherd's Bush Empire, tickets for the show are in high demand. As a special treat for those of you who are going (and also those who couldn't make it) ClashMusic have grabbed an exciting new interview.

Social Distortion frontman Mike Ness agreed to sit down with British punk singer Frank Turner for a discussion about music, youth culture and the lasting power of punk rock.
