A new documentary focussing on American duo Peaking Lights is streaming online.
'936' has enjoyed an almost hidden rise to prominence. The debut album from Peaking Lights, the band's material was initially not available here in the UK, with imported copies fuelling speculation about the duo.
Later signing with Weird World, the duo's hazy, fractured electronics were brought into the live domain as Peaking Lights completed a number of tour dates.
Recently travelling to the UK, Peaking Lights completed a brief run of shows before returning to Madison, Wisconsin. Now the duo are streaming a new documentary, featuring rare interviews and footage of the first ever '936' show at the Chicago Museum of Modern Art.
Shot by Chicago-based film maker Ben Poster, 'Turn On, Tune In, Drop Out' is available to stream online now.
