Erol Alkan recently sat down with Raf Daddy to discuss their approach to production, club culture and indie music.

Perhaps best known as a figurehead for electro, Erol Alkan's sets have always spanned hugely diverse genres. In the beginning, the producer was a straight up indie kid, with his sets at Trash regularly containing indie classics. Invited to take part in Topman CTRL's Ob/Sessions series, Erol Alkan sat down with Raf Daddy to chat about music.

Seated in a small car, the resulting video is an odd but curiously intriguing document. Looking back on how he first got into DJing, Erol Alkan reflects on his love of Dinosaur Jr and prime era Manic Street Preachers. Demonstrating another side to the producer, you can watch the video below.
