Beastie Boys have premiered their new Spike Jonze directed video 'Don't Play No Games That I Can't Win'.
It's good to have them back. MCA's cancer scare pushed 'Hot Sauce Committee' onto the sidelines, as Beastie Boys were forced to deal with real life problems a little bigger than a release schedule.
Now well on the road to recovery, MCA has joined the Beastie Boys in bringing 'Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2' to life. The rap trio released the album earlier this year, delighting fans with another blast of bratty hip hop.
Seemingly ageless, Beastie Boys recruited a host of guest stars. Santigold appeared on one track, which has now been given an eye catching video. 'Don't Play No Games That I Can't Win' was directed by Spike Jonze, re-uniting the partnership which fuelled the iconic video for 'Sabotage'.
In a short message Beastie Boys told fans:
K people, please get ready for the world premiere of the explicit epic length video/ short film for Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win.
Though no Yeti's were harmed in the making of this video, please remember, that there are some scenes that are a rugged and raw depiction of a world that is at times violent, and even frightening.
That being said, please heat up the butter and the popcorn, sit back and enjoy.
