Underworld To Play Glade

Only festival appearance of the summer

One of the nation's top dance events has bagged another exclusive with Underworld set to play their only festival set of the summer at Glade.

Beginning as the dedicated dance stage at Glastonbury, Glade gained it independence to become one of the UK's top dance events. Age is restricted, so only experienced dance-heads can gain entry. So tough luck teeny tipplers!

This year's event promises to be a cracker, with Glade picking up their possessions and moving to a different site. Now without noise restrictions, but still in the evergreen English countryside, the line up looks very special indeed.

One of British dance music's best known names Underworld will play their only festival set of 2009 at Glade. Karl Hyde and Rick Smith have moved from the underground to the mainstream and back again, scoring hits but keeping their credibility.

The rest of the line up is being kept under wraps, but ClashMusic has learned that organisers plan to build two separate music villages. Watch this space for more developments!

Glade takes place between July 16th - 19th.
