Life comes at you fast, sometimes.
It can be difficult to take stock, difficult to break through to those around you.
It's something that Half Japanese Half Muscle muses on in his new release, a piece of effervescent yet highly personal pop music.
'Elizabet' begins by looking at the world as it rushes by, before entering some inquisitive, and wholly distinct places. He explains:
"We've all had that moment of passing a beautiful person in the street, meeting their eyes and wondering; what if we had had the courage to talk. What would it feel like to touch them, to dance with them, to be with them? But those words 'it's all in my head…' just echo our own loneliness."
A video has been drafted by Paul-E, with its cinematic sweep exploring romance, loneliness, alienation, and more.
