Toots Hibbert (of Toots & The Maytals) is set to play a surprise show in Oxford tomorrow (August 15th) courtesy of Off Guard Gigs.

If reggae was invented by any one group, then it was probably Toots & The Maytals. True legends of Jamaican music, the group even gave the genre its name with their classic cut 'Do The Reggae'.

Responsible for countless floor-filling tracks, Toots & The Maytals remain a stunning live act. Retaining nigh on legendary energy levels, each show seems to bring together people of all ages and nationality.

Now you can catch iconic singer Toots Hibbert playing his most unusual show in years. The Jamaican artist is set to hit the streets of Oxford tomorrow (August 15th) in the latest event from Off Guard gigs.

In town to perform at Oxford's O2 Academy, Toots Hibbert will perform to crowds in the city's Bonn Square. Expect all the classics from an undoubted reggae legend. No tickets, just a fun and free event in one of Oxford's prettiest corners. It all kicks off at 5pm and remember - if you miss it, then you miss out...
