Thom Yorke has constructed a special Atoms For Peace mix for a friend's fashion show.
Electronic music has long pervaded the imagination of Thom Yorke, but recently it seems that the abstract Futurism of IDM has been swapped for the more fluid climes of club culture.
Forming Atoms For Peace, the songwriter has firmly embraced the fluid nature of music which is designed to be mixed. Stepping behind the decks himself, Thom Yorke has performed surprise sets at nights such as Los Angeles' seminal Low End Theory.
Posting on Twitter, Thom Yorke has now revealed that Atoms For Peace were invited to piece together a mix for a fashion show.
The mix is introduced: "Mx done for friends of ours runway show.. collage of unreleased beats and such like.. featuring Mauro from Atoms for Peace and a mashed beat by Jonathan Greenwood esq".
Titled 'You Wouldn't Like Me When I'm Angry Mush Mx' you can listen to it below.
