The Weeknd has decided to name his new album 'Kiss Land'. It's almost impossible to gauge how popular The Weeknd is.
Releasing material via series of free download mixtapes, Abel Tesfaye has been gain a massive global audience without once troubling the charts. Working on new material, the producer has alluded to several potential names for what would be his debut album proper.
Speaking on Twitter, The Weeknd claimed that the album would be named 'Kiss Land' - before posting the artwork, which you can see above. The Weeknd is set to play a trio of UK arena shows later this year, with some commentators questioning the wisdom of such largescale shows.
However Abel Tesfaye could yet have the final laugh - according to a recent Twitter post, roughly half the tickets made available for an O2 Arena date sold out via pre-order.
Finally, the producer is set to finally press his mixtape trilogy to vinyl. Due out on March 26th, 'Trilogy' features all three of those epochal mixtapes spread across six (count 'em!) slabs of vinyl. Limited to 500 signed copies, it's priced at a tasty $199.99.
