The War On Drugs are set to release their new album 'Lost In The Dream' on March 17th.
These things take time. The War On Drugs have long been cult heroes in their native Philadelphia, but the release of 'Slave Ambient' in 2011 seemed to propel them to international acclaim.
A lengthy period of touring followed, before the band went back into the studio. Distilling those thoughts and experiences into a new record, Adam Granduciel led the group through sessions in in Philadelphia, North Carolina, New York and New Jersey.
