The View UK Tour Mayhem

Drunken Antics Galore!

Dundonian indie scoundrels The View have been up to more drunken mischief, fresh from lead singer Kyle Falconer issuing an apology to fans after a drink-fuelled performance in Nottingham.

The band are on the road showcasing their new material. In order to get back in touch with their roots the band are playing smaller venues, with a massive arena tour due for January. The View have been on the road for over a month now, but the mayhem has not let up.

In a new Myspace blog the band write of a show in Middlesbrough "this gig reminded me of View gigs from the past due to the absolute madness of the crowd even at one point the crowd safety barrier gave way, luckily no one was hurt. Well another gig down everyone head's to the bar for a small sherry to end another hectic day."

The band then headed on to Leeds for another show. Or at least some of them did. The blog continues "well on waking up today I come round to find half an empty bus. As our arrival into Leeds coincided with the chucking out time of a nearby club, so the lads got randomly get invited to a house party at 4am, some of the stories I hear back are very entertaining."

We bet!

The View are set to release their second album 'Which Bitch?' in January.
