The View Apologize To Fans
Band Drunk On Stage
Dundonian indie rascals The View have apologized to fans who watched them in a recent gig in Nottingham, with frontman Kyle Falconer claiming he was too drunk to sing.
The View are currently on the comeback trail, with second album 'Which Bitch' in the pipeline. New single '5 Rebeccas' was released on Monday (October 27th) and was made the Clashmusic.com single of the week.
Currently playing a huge tour of some of Britain's smaller venues, The View rolled up to Nottingham's Bodega Social in a party mood. The gig was chaotic, with singer Kyle Falconer barely able to stand up.
The band have issued a statement with Falconer saying:
"I'm really sorry to have let all our fans down. There's no excuses, I'm just really sorry I got so drunk I couldn’t do the gig"
The View are continuing their UK which will finish with a no doubt debauched gig in their hometown of Dundee.
