London event confirms bill

Legendary garage rock act The Sonics are set to headline this year's Le Beat Bespoke weekender.
Despite everything that has been written about the decade, the 60s retain an allusive aura. Groups such as The Bees doff their caps to the era while DJ team Amorphous Androgynous are proving that psychedelia can still rock the dancefloor.
Held in London, Le Beat Bespoke is a fantastic weekender devoted to all things 60s. Centred on the Mod / garage scene, the event has grown in recent times to accept all things associated with the swinging 60s.
This year Le Beat Bespoke has confirmed a very special performance from Seattle based garage rockers The Sonics. The biggest band in the Pacific North West, The Sonics could rival The Beatles in their hometown.
Sadly the band's hard as nails take on garage rock didn't translate nationally with The Sonics splitting after three seminal albums. Regarded an an influence on everyone from Mudhoney to The White Stripes, the group reformed in 2008 for a memorable performance at Le Beat Bespoke.
Returning for another blast of garage rock mayhem, The Sonics are set to be joined by British soul hero James Hunter, rockabilly group The Polecats and more.
Northern Irish new wave icons The Undertones are to perform, with the usual supporting cast of stellar DJs drawn from across the world. An allnighter with three separate rooms Le Beat Bespoke proves that the 60s never died, they just went underground.
Le Beat Bespoke takes place between April 1st - 4th.
